Pedro Panzardi and Associates LLC (PPA), is a full-service sustainable engineering and environmental management company founded in 1981 in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. PPA offers high quality and effective services in specialized in sustainable engineering and design, sustainable water and energy management, environmental remediation, permitting and compliance documents and programs.

PPA has developed disaster recovery and public assistance services for the private sector, municipalities, institutions and government agencies such as FEMA, USCE, and USPS.

PPA main office is in San Juan, Puerto Rico, geographical center of PR, providing expert advisory service and products in sustainable processes & technologies.  PPA has developed proprietary technologies, processes, methodologies and products over a period of 38 years.

PPA has completed more than 3,000 projects with development costs of over $ 200 million in PR, USVI, Caribbean, Latin America and USA mainland. The firm provides services for US and European based firms, federal, commonwealth and local government and the private sector.
